For custom sun gears, separate confirmed drawing values from open design items before manufacturing review. That makes it possible to plan tooling and inspection around the actual geometry instead of a collection of assumptions.<\/p>\n

Use application data only where the drawing leaves a genuine decision open. The approved revision should carry the final material, heat-treatment, finish and acceptance requirements into prototype and repeat orders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
