Sun Gears for Agricultural Machinery
Planetary hubs and compact drives used in agricultural machinery often require durable gears and practical replacement support. Photos are useful for context, but tooth and interface measurements still control the part.

Application-specific RFQ checklist
| Tham số | Những điều cần nêu rõ |
|---|---|
| Duty data | Torque, speed, seasonal duty, shock and contamination. |
| Geometry | Tooth count and mating planet/ring data from the original drive. |
| Giao diện | Spline, shaft or hub connection and required retention. |
| Risk point | Replacement parts often fail when only outside dimensions are copied and the gear mesh is not identified. |
Confirm the whole planetary interface
Agricultural service adds dirt, shock and seasonal duty to the replacement problem, so the gear interface and actual operating load should be checked before copying an old part.
For an unidentified hub or final drive, record the sun, planet and ring tooth counts, the bore or spline connection and the carrier arrangement, then add clear photos of the assembly.

Field-duty and serviceability considerations
Seasonal operation, overloads, dust, mud and maintenance access influence the practical replacement and spare-parts strategy.
For a new design, define the sun/planet/ring tooth relationship before finalizing the center interface. For replacement work, inspect the planets, ring, carrier support and lubrication condition so a new sun gear is not installed into an already damaged stage.
Use the application to decide which measurements deserve the most attention: peak torque and shock for heavy equipment, backlash and runout for motion systems, or life and documentation for long-duration duty.
