Use the guide, then send the actual drawing.
Include the rack type, pitch system, pressure angle, required length, mating pinion data, target accuracy or tolerance, operating duty and quantity. A drawing is the fastest way to remove ambiguity.

Mixed ordersDifferent rack, pinion or related models can be combined when the total order value is around USD 1,500 or above.
Small ordersOrders from 1-2 pieces can be discussed, normally with a higher unit cost.
